In our opinion many investors are not maximising returns from their property investments in Germany. Property management companies may be running the properties efficiently on a day to day basis, collecting rents etc. However, in many cases, due rent increases are not being sought from new tenants. Apartments are not being repaired/modernised thus increasing rents.
